I have heard this. And really want to make Cauliflower Buffalo Chicken bites. But cauliflower has given me digestion issues in the past year so I’m going to have to pass on this. I used to really like to cook with it and eat it raw. I even made cauliflower pizza crusts.

I prefer my cauliflower steamed and unaccompanied

people who replace chicken nuggets with cauliflower arent fit lol, fit people replace chicken nuggets with boneless skinless chicken. cauliflower has no protein and very little micronutrients, it's not something to base a meal around at all.

@Anon066 Protein & fat helps increase metabolism.

@cherokeepatti protein does, fat doesnt. the TEF (thermogenic effect of food, the calories burned in the process of utilizing the food) is way higher for protein than the other macros, at 20-30%. so 20-30% of the calories you get from protein are burned in the process of utilizing it. carbs are only 3-4%, and fat is only 1-2%. fat is the most easily stored macronutrient so almost all of our fat stores come from dietary fat, and carbs are the most easily used to energy, so most of the calories we burn for energy come from carbs. however an adequate fat intake is important for hormonal regulation, which can hurt metabolism if you dont get enough.

I mean I’d try it 🤷♂️ I have tried cauliflower with hot sauce but didn’t like it much
Ive had roasted cauliflower that i enjoyed. And I've had a mashed garlic and cauliflower thing..that was pretty good too

I’d like that. Without the sauce
