Falling asleep at 8 in the evening just so I can wake at 2 in the morning and stare at the ceiling

... and recall everything wrong I had ever done in my life.
My brain likes to go through everything coming up and where im falling short to be sure that im ready, and remind myself how horrible it all is, I dont have enough time and Ill never get it done. My sleepless self has some serious negativity issues. I spend a lot of my day proving me wrong.
@nonsensiclesnail Quite relatable. I'm not as hard on myself as I was before but there is still a fair bit of self loathing
@DrScissorhands Im not always, but I have my moments. I've become a lot kinder to myself. The real test is when Ive got a lot of stress, and I see all my cracks and the negativity seeps through. Its better now that ive got my depression under control. But not nearly good enough.

If you can't change your sleep pattern try changing what you do after two am...watch a movie ,send an e mail,commune with SW....its just a thought
