What does this mean in your opinion ?

I'm slow to processing certain behaviors of others and just trying to understand the nature of others

When they " accept responsibility "for something that happened but Don't actually apologize for it ....why bother ?

It's a way to avoid an apology, an attempt to stop you being angry at them. But they aren't sorry and will do it again the second they think you'll let them get away with it again.
