What does this mean in your opinion ?

I'm slow to processing certain behaviors of others and just trying to understand the nature of others

When they " accept responsibility "for something that happened but Don't actually apologize for it ....why bother ?

I guess all i wanted was a simple apology not an " i accept all responsibility " bullshit ..
I didn't get it but it really doesn't matter anymore ..
Just wanted to see what others perception was ...
