What does this mean in your opinion ?

I'm slow to processing certain behaviors of others and just trying to understand the nature of others

...my point

When they " accept responsibility "for something that happened but Don't actually apologize for it ....why bother ?

Pride, ego, manipulation, or - they do honestly accept the consequences, but they do not think what they did or said was wrong in any way
