What does this mean in your opinion ?

I'm slow to processing certain behaviors of others and just trying to understand the nature of others

...my point

When they " accept responsibility "for something that happened but Don't actually apologize for it ....why bother ?

I think for some accepting responsibility is their apology... it isn't, not really, but you will know later if they were sincere (if they repeat the offense, they weren't sincere).

@Ontheroad yes ,this makes sense ...I don't think it was sincere ...it seemed contrived...so you're most likely right
