She got arrested for throwing the fetus in a dumpster, not for the the miscarriage.

@JackHoff Well, who knows? She probably thought nobody would notice if she disposed of it quietly enough. She can't be said to have been rational right after losing it, so basically they're going to send her to prison for being in a less than rational state of mind after a miscarriage.
