Since the overturn of Roe V Wade, men in large numbers are getting vasectomies:

There was an increase of basically 100% in the number of vasectomies from the moment Roe v. Wade was overturned,” Dr. Esgar Guarin, the co-founder of SimpleVas Medical Clinic, told Yahoo News.

.....

But it also started during the recession when people decided they were simply too poor to have children. The abortion overturning decision just speeds things along.

My brother in law is contemplating this too. My sister and her (wonderful) husbando don’t want kids and as much as I would love to spoil any little ones they had, it is for the best.

Plus we can go on vacations with minimal planning. Disneyworld? Yes please!

I love this idea. Men are doing their part in unwanted pregnancies. Even
Though doubling up using contraception, every time would also prevent pregnancy

@SatanBurger I couldn’t agree with you more that women’s healthcare is not prioritized. We must have better healthcare for pregnant women during and after their pregnancy especially the in lower income areas I don’t think sex education is a big priority as most people have phones and Internet access even lower income. Unfortunately kids are able to access anything they want about sex

I do believe in schools starting basic sex education starting in junior high. They need to understand about female body and male bodies and how pregnancy occurs. I also believe that they need to start seeing Films of first trimester second trimester and third trimester abortions every year through senior year. Along with films of young girls, giving birth, and how hard it is.

Pro-life advocates, all work in different aspects of abortion, and there is a group who work on advocating for better healthcare for women and I believe that something is going to be proposed and will go through in the next four years but pro l life must work harder on the healthcare issue

Pregnancy care centers are great for women who have unplanned and unplanned pregnancies they do work with women on applying with assistance programs, and they help with women who keep their babies, they help with the adoption program. The only thing they don’t assist with is abortion, and if we are honest, we will say that Planned Parenthood only offers abortion.

@missyann Planned parenthood provides prenatal and postpartum care as well as wellness and pregnancy planning and counseling. Abortion is only about 3% of what they do.

[@SatanBurger. ] You need to read focus on the family, pro life five misconceptions about Planned Parenthood Abby Johnson, who was once the Director of a large Houston Texas Planned Parenthood. She knows the facts. Planned Parenthood is not interested in women’s health care. Abortions is where they make their money.. but we need to work harder to ensure women have access to great healthcare

You really need to read about their support of sex trafficked victims. It is really sad.

If Planned Parenthood provided the full scope of women’s healthcare, but not much any abortions I would stand up and say they need to be 100% tax funded. Unfortunately the quality of tax funded facilities especially when it comes to healthcare it’s horrible. Because they’re so big moneymaker is providing abortions and wealthy donors. This is why these facilities are nice right now

Fact: a human life begins to exist at fertilization. It is a member of the human race. If it is growing and developing, it is alive. If it has implanted anywhere outside the uterus, it is an ectopic pregnancy. Which means it can never develop to birth, and can possibly put the mothers life in danger, so it must be removed. A threatened miscarriage can sometimes be prevented with hospitalization medication, and closely monitoring. Sometimes they can’t be stopped. If the baby still has a heartbeat, early induction or a C-section can be done even in cases when it’s too early for the baby to survive outside the mother, But doctors should do everything in their power to save both lives. If there is no longer a heartbeat the dead fetus must be removed from the mother to prevent life-threatening infection. Fetal anomalies do not justify deliberately and intentionally ending that babies life. Mistakes have been made from babies who were given no chance at survival live today. Most of these conditions are diagnosed after 21 weeks when the baby can survive outside the mother.. there is palliative care who ensures the baby will not experience pain during the dying process and it gives the family a chance to hold that baby. Even if the family does not want to see or hold that baby, it will be held by a palliative nurse, and will die in arms of love. Late term abortions take up to three days to complete Rape is the most brutal violation a woman can ever experience, but it is not the babies fault, and it shouldn’t have to pay for the sins of the father of. Fact: a lot of abortions, who are due to rape are not rape it is by women and girls who have acted irresponsible and just don’t want to accept the consequences of their actions

The only thing pro abortion can say is that they support a woman’s right to intentionally and deliberately end an innocent human life. If that’s what you believe, say that.
If people are going to have sex which produces a baby they don't want , I'm more in favor of vasectomies as birth control, much less brutal than an abortion as birth control
I remember reading years ago about experiments to splice tiny mechanical spigots into the spermm ducts. BTW, this proves there is a difference between a spigot and a stopcock!!

That's crazy. I won't ever do this.
TheShanachie · 61-69, M
I’m glad we need to stop some of the bad genes 🧬
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@TheShanachie Bad genes are kind of a myth. Most people have a mixture of bad and good genes.
Punches · 46-50, F
There is a sweeping bill in congress right now that will cover all the recent headliners.

Transgender men who are unvaccinated against covid will be banned from having abortions on tiktok.
Trump is going to sign that into law on day one.
Punches · 46-50, F
@MaBalzEsHari thank you. Did I miss any of the big cliches?

SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@KingofBones1 Don't blame you, it's a big decision that could affect you
ABCDEF7 · M
Sometimes the reversal process(vasovasostomy) is not successful.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@ABCDEF7 Yeah but people are too scared to care with the psychotic repubs in charge. I think men would just risk the potential of permanent vasectomy instead.
ABCDEF7 · M
@SatanBurger Don't know where the world is heading to. Human civilization is going through drastic change.
And this is going to play havoc on those who think they can babytrap
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@looking4thesun It's good people are getting responsible about things. Though it is funny when repubs intended outcome is to force people to have more babies and it's the opposite that's happening. Ha.
@SatanBurger government needs to stay out of our bedrooms
Punches · 46-50, F
@MaBalzEsHari I wish the BMV looked like that.
SatanBurger · 36-40, F
@MaBalzEsHari That's accurate lol

@jshm2 We wouldn't unbreed ourselves if we just had abortion reinstated plus better child care and better economy. Nothing we can do about psychotic politicians, they make that decision, not everyone else. Men cited the reasons were growing rates of poverty and then abortion sent it over the edge.

I think it's reasonable and politicians made these decisions so they can lay in what they created. It's nonsense to even care. Repubs could at any time reverse their decisions but they don't.
