I would say It's murder. You are ending a life in the process of abortion. Even If that lifeform is not complete and cognitively self aware.
Whether it's morally justifiable murder or not is up for debate. I don't agree with the act of abortion however people should have the right to choose. I don't have the right to take someone's choice away because I know that not everyone's life experience is the same as mine.
If a woman is a homeless heroin addict and wants an abortion because she knows her child will never live a good life. I would agree with the abortion. If a woman gets impregnated through rape, she should be allowed to get an abortion.
The world is complex and morally grey. Their is rarely a clear right or wrong answer. Too many people don't think about the complexity of the situation.

@QueenOfZaun there is no such thing as morally justifiable murder. Murder is the deliberate, intentional killing of an innocent human being. That is the very nature of abortion.

@SW-User Tell that to soliders, police officers, women who have abortions due to rape or people who kill in self defense. It's all a matter of perspective. The world isn't as simple as "Murder is bad".
