I need help

Everything bad anyone's ever said to me is going round and round in my head and it won't stop. Why won't it just stop?

You must do your best to focus on something else. That's all in the past. You can't go back, or make it right, but you can cut yourself a break, forgive yourself, and do better starting now. We all mess up, but never let yesterday steal joy from today.
