So who was making all the bomb threats against the Jewish centers?

A black Bernie Sanders voter and former writer fired from The Intercept for fabricating sources.

Another collapsed narrative.

What, did people think the Jews were really victimized? Ridiculous
Pherick · 41-45, M
?? Bomb threats can be faked for publicity, I suppose, weird, but sure.

Do you really think Jewish people went out and desecrated their own cemeteries?
Invisible · 26-30, M
@Pherick: I honestly don't think it's a stretch of the imagination. Nobody else has anything to gain from it.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Invisible: You say "Nobody" except the hate group that hate the Jews ...
Invisible · 26-30, M
Tell me, how do they gain from destroying headstones?
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Invisible: Do Jewish hate groups really need to "gain" something from destroying Jewish headstones? They are hate groups, thats kinda what they do.

I suppose they gain some kind of perverse satisfaction from desecrating headstones knowing it will cost Jewish people time and money to fix them.
Invisible · 26-30, M
That's a load of crap.

1. They still aren't gaining anything from it.
2. From what I've heard, over a hundred thousand dollars was raised to fix the damages.

I'm not saying they necessarily did it, but the fact that it was highly publicized by MSM and that nobody had anything to gain except for the victims makes me believe that the most probable explanation is that someone in the MSM (which is owned almost entirely by Jews) or another person affiliated with the center was responsible.

@Invisible: I'm pretty sure his ex-GF whose name he used for some of the bomb threats didn't gain by the publicity.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Invisible: Fair enough, you are free to believe what you want. I just don't think you are going to find Jewish people willing to desecrate their own cemeteries for some possible sympathy?

Occam's Razor in this situation makes me believe it was some group that wanted to hurt/embarrass/cost the Jewish community in some way.

Surely it couldn't be another hate crime hoax to add to the list of dozens that let the MSM run with the "Trump is causing a spike in hate crimes" narrative...

Sorry guys, I am not playing the "some crimes might be fake so they all are" game.

I deplore people that would put forward a hoax about something as serious as a hate crime. Its horrible. However hate crimes DO happen and happen often. Pointing out that a small fraction are fake really helps no one.
Booyeah · 41-45, M
@Pherick: "Pointing out that a small fraction are fake"

We're actually pointing out that a small fraction are real. The rest are fake.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Booyeah: That website had about 300 articles. It goes back to atleast 1999 that I saw. Barely 300 articles over the course of 15 years?

You can't really think that means most hate crimes are fake?

Never mind ... actually think whatever you want. I KNOW people who have had this happen to them, they aren't fake. So I am not arguing this with you.

Enjoy your day.
Booyeah · 41-45, M
@Pherick: "over the course of 15 years"

It's a brand new website, less than a year old, it takes time to research. And yet they've already pointed out 300 hoaxes.

"You can't really think that means most hate crimes are fake?"

Most hate crimes are fake. You've got a few real ones, then people who copycat for the publicity of it.

"I KNOW people who have had this happen to them, they aren't fake"

What you 'know' is anecdotal and irrelevant.
Pherick · 41-45, M
@Booyeah: *Sigh*

That site was registered in 2012, so over 4 years old now and just 300 articles.

I trust the FBI more.

Booyeah · 41-45, M
@Pherick: See, the problem with those FBI statistics is they list "incidents". They don't list convictions. Something happened and it was reported, but that is not definitive.
