My own villains, even though I haven't draw him yet, but He's very secretive behind the shadows.
Promises every flesh they see and He delivers with a price of some sorts. He blackmail foreign leaders. Uses them for his own interests of taking over Universes. Very deceptive while acting wholesome. He knows how to plot for future goals. He knows how to manipulate the markets. He knows how to buy them while he brides every legal systems/ Justice system and targets innocent lives.
He also controls five dictators to use them for fear and distraction.
His name is Richard. The most Richest Rat who abuses power. His manipulative power is everywhere and there's no escape, because it's too late.
