@Mindfulness There was a recipe in the Women's Weekly cookbook (1970) that has been the family staple ever since. It requires Keens Traditional Curry powder. 500grm of mince. 4 stalks of Celery. 2 Potatoes. 1 Large Brown onion. 1 Carrot. 1 tin of diced tomato or puree. And 1 tablespoon of golden syrup (optional)
And you can add a lot of other vegetables too if you want. (Zucchini, green beans, broccoli go well)

@Thevy29 You can also use beetroot leaves just like silver-beet.

@Donotfolowme maybe Australian celery is different from north American celery :)
