Putting nudity in public aside, are you (or are you not) confident about being nude in front of other adults privately (in your home, etc.)?

I would say I never really have been due to my relationship (non) experiences in life so far. I have no issue being nude at home by myself, but I haven't been nude around another adult since things went to shit with my second ex in 2016 and all romantic love and intimacy vanished.

I'd actually be really frightened now to be nude around anyone except my 8 y/o daughter but now she's getting older I'm more mindful of how she's becoming more aware of her body so I limit it and will stop it entirely as she gets to the end of primary school age.

If I was to find I could have a relationship again approaching intimacy (with nudity etc as part of that) with a romantic partner would I think be extremely difficult to understand as a 'fluid' part of creating and sustaining a romantic connection. I find the concept of pair-bonding totally incompatible now so being naked even in a non-sexual sense would be an affront to my neuro-spicy introvertedness and really tricky to feel like it's a proper natural thing to share.
