@sarabee1995 It is NOT unusual to find such cases on True Crime channels, for free.
Perhaps my favorite is the woman in - I think Miami - who pretty much followed that script. But law enforcement took a slightly different approach, told her her husband was dead and her plan had been successful, ding dong the witch was dead. She did a genuinely insincere improvisation about a woman who was so sad, what happened?, Yadada Yadada, then they played the voice recordings of her chats with the “assassin” and hi-ho, hi-ho, it’s off to jail you go.
The problem with would-be criminals hiring assassins is that an amateur hiring a pro is already out of their depth, and shockingly often, the assassins turn on the amateur for a plea deal. Love may be blind, but the absence of love is deaf, dumb, and blind and greedy.
