How Would We Be Seen 7 Decades Ago?

I was a kid in the 50's, and we saw Dick Tracy's wrist watch radio every day in the comics, so It isn't that much of a stretch to make us believe in the smart phone, Internet, etc. The most amazing thing to me would be cable/satellite TV with hundreds of channels and programs available all the time. We had three stations that went off the air around midnight or 1:00 a.m., and reception depended on how the antenna was adjusted.
@exexec That's my story, too.

Break up of family units. The extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins , grandparents, no longer living nearby. Divorce was near impossible in the fifties.

First thing they'd do is probably find a public telephone to use the telephone book to orientate themselves. (Good luck finding those now)
They would be amazed by our cars then shocked the futuristic things don't even fly.
Shocked by the language we use. They didn't cuss back then.

Well I really don't know if that last part would hold about "arguments with strangers". 🤣

My father was notorious for doing just that! 🤣
