My wife, of course. She has patiently made me a better man.

The man that made the biggest impact on my life and a huge way, is Jesus. He transformed my life completely, for the good.

My Biology teacher - for believing in me, encouraging me to learn...and not just Biology.

My wife - just because of our different lifestyles and different outlooks, that life isn't just black and white.

My little sister - because you can always learn things from your younger siblings. Leading by example. Helped with my drive.

My young daughter - sadly I wasn't always around for her big sister, but my life changed and then she came into my life. Gave me perspective, unconditional love and, strangely, an inner peace.

I know, that's a lot, but they've all helped.

There is a whole trail of them. Close, obvious ones like my late wife and soul mate. But a whole coterie of cameo roles, who played critical roles at key moments in my life.
