I'm 57. Since 1987 worked in railways and since 1990 been a railway shiftworker driving all sorts of trains. Midnight to 6 am home arrival times have been part of my life now for over 35 years. 8-)

Nope! Definitely not just you. I did it too. Sadly these days if I stay up until 2 am then go to bed and wake up at 7 am I feel trashed for the day. ☹
