The previous market manager did such a mess of a job on the finances and recording it

No wonder no one ever understood her budget/proposals.

It's clear she didn't understand what she was doing either.

What a mess. We've been paying accountants to help us but they can only work based on what was given to them

So many categories that overlap, are unaccounted for, missing receipts, new categories we don't have, things being in a category that could already adhere to another existing category

This is such a mess. But I am going to do my best and just clean it up from here.

@Bexsy me too. I don't even know how to figure some of this out, what she's done, and maybe if the board wants to figure it out with me, they can.

But I am just going to move forward. Our bank account is growing, we've exceeded our projected income

All of the expenses are accounted for and then some.

We've got three months operating costs put away now

It'll just keep getting better
