The previous market manager did such a mess of a job on the finances and recording it

No wonder no one ever understood her budget/proposals.

It's clear she didn't understand what she was doing either.

What a mess. We've been paying accountants to help us but they can only work based on what was given to them

So many categories that overlap, are unaccounted for, missing receipts, new categories we don't have, things being in a category that could already adhere to another existing category

This is such a mess. But I am going to do my best and just clean it up from here.

@NudasPriest I'm worried she might have been, and she wouldn't let the treasurer help her ever. There is a lot of money that came out that doesn't make sense but 😩😩

@caccoon You can only do what you can. Going forward it will be well run and financially transparent. That's the main thing now.

@NudasPriest yes, exactly! And I am learning a lot about budgeting and finances and it's making me wanna do that more with my own money (which I currently don't 🙃)
