I don't think there's such a thing as being completely healed from a trauma but there's a state when things that used to create a strong negative reaction in you don't have that effect on you anymore. And when you realize that, it makes you feel stronger. Idk if it's a great feeling but it gives you a sense of normalcy.

Not feeling as fearful anymore. It's painful to revisit trauma in therapy and to do the work but when you've done it, you can feel so proud of yourself for getting there 😊
