Thing is, you have to use cash to buy legal Marijuana in legal states because it's still a federal crime. Banks aren't allowed to be involved in those transactions.

I read a long time ago (so I don't know if it's still true) that ripping up paper money, or defacing or burning it (to light a cigar, maybe) is destroying government property and you could be charged.
