Which one u would choose?

I am a doctor and I recently started to work at a place I was assigned to.Lets call it town A. Its 3.5 hrs drive from my home town. Its a quiet hospital with limited facilities and patients. Not much to do actually. Just spending time. I have 7 days off in a month.

Yesterdat I got a call from my home town and they asked me if I could go there and work in one of the city centers hospital. Its crowded with lots of work and it is in my home town. Lets call it town B.

Now Idk which one to choose. In town A I am like a surgeon without an operation room and in town B I am like a surgeon with many surgeries.
The pay might be better in town A despite of the less workload.

So which one u think I should go for?

Pay, Travel time to and Froh, workloads all need to be part of your own personal like and desire. You have to choose the one that suits your mind and soul.

Example: As a retired US Army service member in the combat arms field. I craved the action and chaos of conflict and war over training and being in a safe US state's base. I volunteered daily to be sent.

So, you have to decide what suits you better as a person Chaos or Peace.

@Foxygirl32 Well take the fast-paced job at home and sharpen the skills you learned like honing a knife. Then once you have had enough move into being a specialty doctor/surgeon in the field of your choice with all the fast-paced experience in your hip pocket!
