This is a fact that,

I get scared of myself.
Of the things Im capable of.
Horrible stuff, horrible feelings, horrible thoughts...

I need to resort to my conscience to bring me back to the right path..I gotta save myself...

Until you see yourself through someone else's eyes it will not change. When someone you love looks at you in fear, disgust or disappointment you will want to change for the better. It's true that you have to want it for yourself but when it's someone you love it just hits different.
