Do you feel like something is missing in your life? Something you just can't put your finger on?

I do. I feel it's just out of sight and touch. Some days it really drives me crazy. How about you?

I know part of was missing in my life.
And I think, because I'm not very social, I miss out on companionship.
I have gone back to church and that has helped some.
If I could get rid of this anxiety it'd be easier to feel comfortable going out in society and being a part of it.

I am sorry, my friend. It almost hurts ME that you feel that way. Those feelings are sometimes a longing for things we can't have. Let me assure you that your MATERIAL life is very awesome. You OWN a great many things.

You could travel all around the country, wasting your substance, and exhausting yourself and your wife, and you STILL might not find that wil'o'the wisp that you THINK you need.

I strongly suggest that you turn to God...in a BIG way. You are always praying...for OTHER people.

But ask God to show you what it is that YOU need!

@Musicman HE can help you to understand what it is that you feel you are missing...AND HE can help you find it!

@4meAndyou Yes He can. All my life I have felt there is something I am supposed to do. I am semi patiently waiting for Him to tell me what it is.

@Musicman You must still yourself. You must stop ALL motion and sit quietly, letting your question and your emotion flood your heart...and then...if you listen closely...you MIGHT hear a still, small voice.

Yeah but living my life one day at a time and doing what needs to be done. I focus on that now. A camper van road trip would be wonderful though.

@cherokeepatti You may need something bigger than the van then.

@Musicman No, they make some types with interesting beds. There’s one that has a roof top expanding top that can be pulled up with a bed on top. And some with a chair that can be pulled back like a lift chair to lay down in. And others with a Murphy bed that can be pulled up during the daytime and a sofa remains where the bed folded down over.

@cherokeepatti I have actually seen those. 🙂

I used to feel that way. But as of now, No. I am trying hard to reach somewhere but I am enjoying the path.
Musicman · 61-69, M
@DanielsASJ Wishing you all the best 🙂

@Musicman Wishing you the same and May God put all the crosswords puzzles in place for you to make the path narrow in width but large enough to explore so that curiosity remains throughout and ofcourse enjoyable.

@DanielsASJ Thank you very much 😊😊😊
