you will either be flexible in mid life and have a range of motions others will envy or you will stiffen up in your mid life and eventually become a prisoner of your own body.
if you have an artstic outlet, like writing, drawing, painting singing / any thing --find a community of people with that outlet online. you won't culitate it on your own in the same way you would hav in a community.
you will never understand your native lanuage at the same or even similar level as someone who seen their native langauge through the lens of a second language.
