My advice to you and I am serious when I say it. Take a Pilates class a couple times per week. You can start slowly and safely. Your balance will improve as your core becomes stronger with every session. The stretching involved will be enable your flexibility. The sessions are not overtaxing sessions. Anyone can get started. You work at your own pace and it's easy to be a beginner with more experienced people in the class. I highly recommend it.
look up the Epley Maneuver...i realized far too late that because of my allergies and sinus issues that i get alot of stuff stopping up my ears.

Then change your diet. drink lots and lots of water. not too much but just replace alot of pop with water. when you get old, things dry up.

Then walk when you feel well enough. do you check your blood pressure and pulse often? learn to take it correctly. they never do it right at the doctor's office

by the way...i am 65

I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you can gain some strength. Have you been to your doctor?

I hope you are using a cane or walker for support. A fall could really be bad news!

Same here but I blame mine on Long Covid and the vertigo I got from it.,
Gibbon · 70-79, M
@Mardrae I blame myself. Sedentary living with grief and depression.
Mardrae · 61-69, F
@Gibbon I have the depression too. It sucks

Do what you can to take care of yourself and get help if you need it.

This is cause for celebration. You've outlived many. 💪
