Age taking it's toll

Everything is becoming exhausting to do. Just getting out of this chair to the kitchen and back without losing balance and falling. Getting to the back door to let the dog out is difficult.

My advice to you and I am serious when I say it. Take a Pilates class a couple times per week. You can start slowly and safely. Your balance will improve as your core becomes stronger with every session. The stretching involved will be enable your flexibility. The sessions are not overtaxing sessions. Anyone can get started. You work at your own pace and it's easy to be a beginner with more experienced people in the class. I highly recommend it.

I’m sorry to hear that. I hope you can gain some strength. Have you been to your doctor?

I hope you are using a cane or walker for support. A fall could really be bad news!

Same here but I blame mine on Long Covid and the vertigo I got from it.,

@Mardrae I blame myself. Sedentary living with grief and depression.
