It's amazing how often you can ask someone to write a formal letter about their complaint, and it just never happens

But I need them to do that step in order to take it to the next level.

This has occured so many times now. Are people afraid to sign their names to their complaint?

I'm so supportive and I want them to do it, but they just don't.

(Not in reference to just one person, it's several).

Would it work better if I made a form for them to fill out?

I’m the opposite lol! I’ll happily sign my name to a formal complaint. My suppliers love me for it. I'm sure my suppliers think I'm "delightful" lol As for a form, I get the idea, but the moment it’s not in the customer’s own words, it loses weight. The whole point is that it’s their firsthand account, that’s what gets results. If they can’t be bothered to write it, maybe it’s not worth escalating 🤷‍♂

@tenente it definitely is worth escalating 😣 and it is my vendors.

I'm glad you have positive experiences!

@caccoon it frustrates me when people don't stand up for themselves lol i need to learn to let people fail it's not my job to make them better 😂
