I’m the opposite lol! I’ll happily sign my name to a formal complaint. My suppliers love me for it. I'm sure my suppliers think I'm "delightful" lol As for a form, I get the idea, but the moment it’s not in the customer’s own words, it loses weight. The whole point is that it’s their firsthand account, that’s what gets results. If they can’t be bothered to write it, maybe it’s not worth escalating 🤷♂
