Keep working on trying not to be bitter. One thing I learned going through a divorce is that those negative feelings got transferred to my son. Then after conquering my feelings I had to help him overcome his. I know it’s hard, no matter who was at fault there is a feeling of failure. You’re aware and will be able to conquer the feelings.

I cry when I feel that way. It helps somewhat plus emercing yourself in nature. Take long walks with your son and dog talking about the good things in life so it can rebalance your thoughts while keeping your bond with your child strong. Do everything you can to keep yourself healthy mentally and physically. Dont let the bad thoughts creep in. You can do this. Especially for your boy.🤗
I can relate to this. I am normally calm and chill but it all adds up and eventually there is a breaking point.
