My ex was a cross country trucker. I went with him for 2 years. It's a hard life living out of a suitcase. Trying to find places to park your truck to sleep. Waiting at a truckstop for a shower. Waiting to unload and for a new load. The only thing was you do get to see places that you probably wouldn't otherwise but you usually don't have the time to stop and enjoy them.
I do this for a living. Sometimes it’s a good life and others it’s a lonely life but now with the internet there is always someone to talk to on those lonely nights.
