I'm not even sure, I'm no monk, but there are days where I listen to what my body is telling me and hunger never even hits me. These might be after long nights of work, where I decided to imbibe some, but I can wake up only wanting water and only ever needing water, maybe a coffee to sit by the river late at night reflecting upon how the stars meet the river. I think the body listens to your needs if you let it have the chance to listen to itself.
