I know it sounds crazy, but, you may be living someone else's dream life.

@Cigarguy Having three beautiful children, and a partner who loves you SO much and who is SO caring, are a few things that SOME people would consider a dream. 😉

@4meAndyou that part I would, what I wouldn't wish on anyone is the crazy in my head. No one would want that

@Cigarguy At some point that "crazy" is going to mellow out as you learn to think about what you are doing, (the cognitive therapy component), and as you learn new management skills.
