I like being alone but I became aware that it's not healthy for me for prolonged time. The longer I'm alone, the harder it is to deal with people again.

I’m like that too. Feel a little lonely. Try harder to be social. Realize that most humans are so fkn extra and ultimately get the 🖕. Retreat back to doing my own lone thing. Repeat.
