I think as more and more people learn there is an actual word for their traumatic experience, the more it's talked about and put out there to the world to educate others.

Learning about love bombing, the cycle of abuse, gaslighting, bread crumbing, covert narcissim, trauma bonding, and codependency lead to some huge revelations then growth and healing for me.

It's a common tactic of manipulation. it's usually a cycle of idealisation (this is usually where the love bombing takes place) followed by devaluation, hoovering and rejection. There's so many things to look out for, ones that aren't spoken about as much are triangulation, breadcrumbing, stonewalling. Gaslighting and lovebombing are fairly spoken about now.
