This is scary shit

On this anonymous app thing I been trying lately a guy exposed me to the term "love bombing" and I read a little about it and it's really disturbing to manipulate people that way. That's all I'm going to say about that. How come I never heard of it before 🤔

It's a common tactic of manipulation. it's usually a cycle of idealisation (this is usually where the love bombing takes place) followed by devaluation, hoovering and rejection. There's so many things to look out for, ones that aren't spoken about as much are triangulation, breadcrumbing, stonewalling. Gaslighting and lovebombing are fairly spoken about now.
