How have you guys been doing lately?

@ViciDraco feel guilty for having a rough time?
it's kinda weird reading it, why should you feel guilty about it?

@crispyfriedchicken There is a feeling that I do not deserve to feel so much stress because I have a good job, I am not living paycheck to paycheck, I can afford small emergencies - even after weathering a couple of them. By most metrics I am doing very well compared to the vast majority of people, and as such it feels selfish to feel as much anxiety as I do.
