Realizing I have consistently abandoned myself in every relationship I have been in to try to be what the other person wanted

I am looking for someone to save me all of the time and make things "okay" for me. NEWSFLASH TO MYSELF that is myself!! It's ME!! I am an adult now and I need to fkn love myself and be there for myself and stop swooning over any guy that gives me a scrap, wishing they'll heal me
