I think perhaps I'll look at the awful, atrocious parts of my life , and since the past technically doesn't 'exist', I can say, It was AI. I think that' works. 🫢🤔💻

I went to Google and searched for "how to overcome anxiety AI overview".

I added "AI overview" because at first it just shared links

Instead of an "AI overview of how to overcome anxiety", it gave me an "AI overview of how to overcome anxiety of AI", LOL!

AI is not ready for prime time.

To overcome AI anxiety, focus on managing the underlying causes, which often stem from a fear of the unknown, uncertainty, and a need for control. Strategies include educating yourself about AI, practicing mindfulness, and reframing negative thoughts. Recognizing that AI is a tool and not a replacement for human skills can also help ease anxiety.

Elaboration:

1. Understanding and Educating Yourself:

Learn about AI:

Familiarize yourself with how AI works, its capabilities, and limitations. This can help demystify the technology and reduce feelings of intimidation.

Seek out resources:

Explore educational materials like introductory courses, webinars, or books on AI to gain a deeper understanding according to SAS: Data and AI Solutions.

2. Managing Anxiety and Stress:

Practice mindfulness:

Engage in mindfulness techniques like meditation to help you stay present and reduce worrying about the future.

Reduce stress:

Utilize stress-reduction techniques such as deep breathing, yoga, or spending time in nature to calm your nervous system.

Grounding techniques:

Employ grounding techniques like focusing on your senses to help you stay grounded in the present.

3. Reframing Your Thoughts:

Challenge negative thoughts: When faced with anxious thoughts, challenge them by considering alternative perspectives. For example, instead of focusing on AI replacing jobs, consider how AI can augment your skills and improve your work according to LinkedIn.

Focus on the present: Instead of dwelling on potential future scenarios, focus on the positive aspects of your current life and activities according to Aston Sharp Insurance Services.

Embrace a growth mindset: View AI as an opportunity for learning and growth, rather than a threat.

4. Balancing Technology and Human Experiences:

Prioritize human connections:

Spend time with loved ones, engage in activities you enjoy, and appreciate the unique qualities of human connection.

Recognize the value of human skills:

Remember that AI is a tool, and humans still have unique skills and talents that are irreplaceable.

Take breaks from technology:

Step away from technology and engage in activities that bring you joy and reconnect you with the physical world according to Scientific American.

5. Seeking Support:

Talk to someone:

Discuss your anxieties with friends, family members, or a mental health professional.
Join support groups:
Connect with others who are experiencing similar anxieties and share your experiences according to Scientific American.

That will be $40 copay. Please pay the receptionist on the way out.
I promise you are not. But sometimes it feels in a world where everything is programmed, and those you love or society are away from you, while you check with yourself where did I lose the programming, and where did I go wrong? It just means you are human 🫂

There was a conspiracy theory that we all live in a computer simulation... 🤔... If that is so. My brain needs a File Clean Up an Optimization and the Junk folder emptied.
