Not easy. It seems my body has a certain window to fall asleep. Between 11p-12:30a. Big gap.
I usually am up around 7-7:30a so it’s nice that I don’t have to be anywhere early the next day.

I mixed my meds up the other day, went to bed at 4:30 in the afternoon & slept all the way up til time to get up for work the next day.

Not very. I used to be able to kinda easily when I used melatonin, but I've stopped using it.
That is, it's easy for me to go to bed but not go to sleep early.

It's a struggle to go to bed at a regular time and that's usually around 11 or so lol, there is no way I could go to bed early

Not easy at all unless I`m ill. Yet I can sleep during the afternoon with no problem.
If I go to bed before 2am it’s early and that doesn’t happen often

To nap, not hard at all. 😅 Actually have a shower, change clothes and go to bed to sleep, quite difficult.
