Daily repentance for our sins is something we can do at any time. If we pray, and if we are sincerely sorry for our sins, and we do NOT repeat them, then God forgives us.

That's the easy part. The HARD part is forgiving yourself. That's what you are dealing with now.

Jesus Christ suffered for ALL of our sins in the garden of Gethsemane. He bled tears of blood as he prayed for forgiveness for ALL of us, and he agreed to be sacrificed like a Lamb, and to die, and to rise again in glory, in order to pay the price to our Father, God. Because of HIM, God will listen to us if we pray in His Son's holy name.

God has listened to your prayers, and your terrible sorrow. He has already forgiven you.

NOW learn to forgive yourself. Ask God for help with that. HE will help you, because He loves you more than you love yourself.

1John 1:9 says, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness."
1 Peter 3:18 says, "Christ suffered for our sins once for all time. He never sinned, but he died for sinners to bring you safely home to God. He suffered physical death, but he was raised to life in the Spirit."
John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."

Christ died to forgive you your sins. You might feel regret for sins you committed, but God has forgiven you in Christ for your sins.
