Do you have unhealthy attachments?

@Bexsy I'm realizing this too. Childhood attachments to awful things like control and rejection... Oof.

We can't do this to ourselves. We're too amazing in other ways and deserve to bloom.

@Heretochat It's not worth it to hold onto. It's stifling and we all deserve better. The people in our lives deserve better.

@MarbleMarvel Right shadow work has been helpful for me in terms of independence. But I’m still attracted to the same patterns so idk.

@Notladylike maybe shadow work is just the beginning... I'm going to figure this out. I can't live how I'm living.

@Ferric67 you've talked before about getting rid of attachments, how'd you do it?

I almost feel as if I don't belong on earth with humans
They do nothing but disappoint me

@MarbleMarvel if you figure it out let me know :) I usually end up burying it but it never goes away that way.

@Captainjackass it's interesting the more I look into it. The connection to self sabotage. I don't think I want it anymore
