Yes ive noticed this too im very careful with my diet. Mostly bread apples and fish. Ill eat out nowandagain and feel kinda iffy for a few days afterward. Drink lots of water you are going to make it.
My theory is in order to remain in business (to stay profitable) many places have to source their food from less expensive sources. The customer "eats the cost". Prices continue to increase or quality goes down to maintain "lower cost". Welcome to Trump America.

I understand the feeling but don’t let it become an obsession ok x
@SmoKin I think I know what you mean but those days are done..I truly want to be healthy
I know what you mean. I think ..I can make better food than that .
@pripyatamusementpark I've worked in food so I know they aren't using fresh and things get reheated over and over. Too much salt... I don't know, but yes cooking at home is so much better.
@MarbleMarvel same...I was a baker ...

yikes. what did you order?
@Matt85 carne asada, which isn't even that heavy, just wasn't fresh

@MarbleMarvel I think when you eat healthy for a while, it kind of refines your taste to make you want to eat healthy.
@Matt85 you are absolutely right. I thought it was the safest choice, but I'll just stick eating at home
