I ate at a restaurant last night for the first time in months and I feel so gross...

My whole system feels poisoned.

I've been living on beans, cabbage, oats, fish, rice and my smoothies. I can't wait till my system clears out again. Ugh 🤢

I know what you mean. I think ..I can make better food than that .

@SW-User I've worked in food so I know they aren't using fresh and things get reheated over and over. Too much salt... I don't know, but yes cooking at home is so much better.
