It doesn't really matter how much you care if you're unaware.

Poor awareness, underdeveloped mind, they can't process feelings. They run from them. Shun them. Gaining awareness hurts. That's why I'm alone in the woods feeling every drop of pain. Yes I want to feel it. Process it. Use it.

It takes strength to sit with that kind of pain instead of running from it. Most people would rather numb themselves or look away, but you're facing it head on. Letting yourself feel everything, even when it hurts, is how you transform it. You're not just sitting with the pain. you’re letting it shape you, teach you, and push you forward. That kind of awareness is rare. You’re not running. You’re becoming
@InfernoTouch somebody gets it 🫂 thank you. It is very important to me and I'm not afraid, but it is a lonely path. Glad you're out there.
I'm thankful my property has woods. I visit almost daily. It focuses my brain. In a way almost nothing else can except a couple specific people who know how to help me ground myself

@Bexsy i feel that's so many peoples life goal......whats there to do beyond that besides start raising an army of woodland creatures?
This is what I've been doing lately. It's like I have to feel everything at once, I have to feel the pain and accept it before I can feel peace.
@SinlessOnslaught I don't see another way.i don't know if it's right or if it even matters. I don't know.
@MarbleMarvel You're on the right path. Don't rush yourself.
You’re putting me in a Thoreau state of mind. 🙂

“I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived. I did not wish to live what was not life, living is so dear; nor did I wish to practise resignation, unless it was quite necessary. I wanted to live deep and suck out all the marrow of life, to live so sturdily and Spartan-like as to put to rout all that was not life, to cut a broad swath and shave close, to drive life into a corner, and reduce it to its lowest terms...”

Any mushrooms out there? Springtime Morels?
@icedsky not that I've seen here, but you can definitely tell where the critters find the good stuff under the leaves 🙂
