Do you vent more here, or in real life ??

Lately, I've been losing my temper more IRL. Some crazy person who lives in my building is sneaking in to the fridge in our common area and throwing away everything in the fridge and freezer. I break my back every week filling up my car with food to share with my community, and I am so discouraged I feel like quitting.

I’m not much on venting in either place. I just try to adjust reality to my liking.

Here but I don’t really think I vent a lot even then lol

Here, so I don't do it more irl. Probably not healthy because, with me, it all bottles up until I eventually just explode and let it all out.
