@come2gether I struggle with social anxiety so that prevents me from being friendly. I'm my heart I feel like being friendly but my physical body doesn't react correctly.

I’d use the word “guarded.” So much division has been sown in the world which in turn diminishes trust and openness.
That really could just be the way you're looking at things, I think it's very important now to try and stay objective!
