Do you put off doing nice things for yourself sometimes?

I have made it a routine that twice a week is “me” day. It’s all about treating myself, self care and pampering.

That is such good advice. I will try.

And please do the same for your own self. You deserve it too.

With others depending on me for so much, I often do ..
