You are still figuring your life out. It can take time. Heck, it took me a long time to get where I am now.

I went through all those things when i was younger and did a lot of searching to find why i was like this, I then proceeded to study anthropology and psychology in university and later studied nutrition to become a nutrition consultant. I have a few questions : what is your typical diet ? how often do you eat pasta or pizza in a week (or month) ? what do you usually drink in a day? do you eat breakfast? do you eat a lot of sugar ? do you eat a lot of vegetables? how physically active are you?

Is there someone (older than you, more experienced, sympathetic) you can talk to and vent to? Many of us had a coach, conselor, teacher, mentor or family member we cold confide in.
One thing you can do is to try to do your very best at your job. Putting your best into everything you do, instead of drifting along, will make a difference..
As Lao Tzu said, "with every breath, change is possible".

Nothing is wrong with you. Maybe you just haven’t found your calling yet and you’re still young.
I sometimes have trouble putting my feelings into words or expressing myself, but I find that the more I read, and read often, especially about feelings and relationships, The easier it is for me to express myself.

Don't worry, you've got time. I really didn't even start getting into the swing of 'adulting' until 23.
