A good friend said to me years and years ago and I never forgot it and I ended up in a pysche ward for 6 weeks cause I couldn't handle life before on what was thrown at me .
He said if your looking for good days all the time the bad days you won't handle .
After coming out of the pysche ward I said to him .

@ninalanyon nothing I "did" or actively "do" as an action... But the whole life I'm leading, somedays like yesterday, seems hard to handle.
